The excursion to Victoria Island and the Arrayanes Forest will take you on a journey across Lake Nahuel Huapi, revealing the hidden treasures of Patagonia. The island boasts incredible conservation conditions and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Unique in the world, the Arrayanes Forest will amaze you with its peculiarity! In the morning or early afternoon, we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Puerto Pañuelo, where we will begin sailing through a landscape of snow-capped mountains and lush forests. Navigating the clear waters of Lake Nahuel Huapi, we will arrive at Victoria Island, known for its towering cliffs. Walking through forests of pine, coihue, and birch trees, you’ll feel the stories and legends that the place holds. A wildlife reserve featuring native animals (Pudu pudu) and exotic species (red deer and golden pheasants), a park ranger school, and a cozy inn bring life to the island. After a few more minutes of sailing, the journey continues to the Quetrihue Peninsula, where the famous Arrayanes Forest is located, unique in the world for its size, density, and development. Gazing at the arrayán trees covered in white blossoms or gently blanketed in snow places you in a magical, otherworldly dimension. Finally, as twilight begins to fall over the Andes mountains, we return to the port, from where we will take you back to your hotel.
